The former Procter & Gamble Executive and General Manager has a successful track record in establishing distribution and medical businesses in the past 30 years. He eventually ventured into property development and established seven (7) companies with projects in different parts of the Philippines – all under the B&P Property Group. With his extensive experience, he is regularly invited for motivational speaking and top management training by many of the Philippines’ leading corporations.

Co-Founder and President
An architect with over 25 years of experience in the property development industry, she earned her stripes as a former executive and consultant in SM Prime, Filinvest, Landco, Edge Properties, and Rockwell Land for various types of projects ranging from boutique developments to large master-plan townships. Some of the projects she led have become benchmarks in their respective categories, while others have received international awards.
Before her property development experience in the country, she earned her master’s degree at NYU in New York. She worked with Brennan Beer Gorman Monk Architects and Interiors working on various New York-based and international projects. She continues to develop progressive projects that are differentiated as well as design and value-driven.
